Embark on an exhilarating 8-day bike tour from Manali to Leh with Satyam Bike Rental, a journey that promises adventure, breathtaking landscapes, and an unforgettable experience. This meticulously planned itinerary ensures that you traverse through some of the most stunning and challenging terrains the Himalayas have to offer.
Day 1: Kullu-Manali Airport – Acclimatization and Local Exploration Your adventure begins in the picturesque town of Manali. After picking up your bike from Satyam Bike Rental, take the day to acclimatize to the high altitude. Explore local sights like the Hadimba Temple, Vashisht hot springs, and the bustling Mall Road.
Day 2: Manali to Jispa – Crossing Rohtang Pass Set off towards Jispa, crossing the famous Rohtang Pass. The ride takes you through serpentine roads with spectacular views of the Pir Panjal range. Overnight stay in Jispa.
Day 3: Jispa to Sarchu – The Lahaul Valley Continue your ride through the Lahaul Valley, witnessing the confluence of the Chandra and Bhaga rivers at Tandi. The journey to Sarchu is marked by rugged landscapes and high mountain passes.
Day 4: Sarchu to Leh – The Heart of Ladakh The most challenging part of the journey, this stretch includes crossing high-altitude passes like Nakee La, Lachung La, and Tanglang La. Arrive in Leh by evening and rest.
Day 5: Leh – Rest and Local Sightseeing Take a well-deserved break in Leh. Visit the Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and local markets. Use this day to prepare for the upcoming rides.
Day 6: Leh to Nubra Valley – Khardung La Pass Ride to the Nubra Valley via Khardung La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Explore the sand dunes of Hunder and the Diskit Monastery.
Day 7: Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso An adventurous ride to the mesmerizing Pangong Tso, known for its changing colors. Camp by the lakeside and enjoy the starlit sky.
Day 8: Pangong Tso to Leh – Chang La Pass Return to Leh via the Chang La Pass. The journey back is equally thrilling, with panoramic views of the Changthang Plateau.
Day 9: Leh to Manali or Bhuntar – It’s time to go back home.Tour ends here with happy memories….))))

Exclusions
- Any type of Medical | Travel Inurance, Accidental, theft.
- Any cost related to any kind of unforeseen circumstances including medical assistance, medical emergencies and acts od God.
- Personal expences like Telephone, Laundry, Tips and Table Drinks etc.
- Any Airfare / Rail fare other then whatnin mantioned in “Inclusions”.
- Cost of any spare part which will be used due to the accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in rider’s possession.
- Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way (Till our office).
- Vehicle servicing mantenance cost.
- Any lunch and other meals not mantioned in package inclusions.
- Security deposit per motorbike of INR 1000. As per the deposit policy (This is refundable at the end of the tripif there is no damage or spare parts used.
- Parking and monument entry fees.
Any cost incurred due to extension, change of itinerary due to natural calamities, road, blocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues and factors beyond our control

Kindly Note: Access to high altitude regions of Spiti Valley, e.g. Hikkim Komik Langza villages and Pin Valley might be closed
in winters due to heavy snowfall. So, visit to these locations depends on weather conditions. In such cases, we will look for
best possible available alternatives.
Travelers residing outside Delhi are suggest to book trains, flights reaching Delhi not later than 4:00 or 4:30 PM, on the date of
starting journey. Similarly, return flight, trains to be booked post 2:00 PM only.
We reserve right to change any schedule in interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing. Numerous factors such as
weather, road conditions, physical ability of travelers etc. may cause itinerary change.

1. Confirmation of Holiday Package/Hotel Room subjects to receipt of 100% payment.
2. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the
Company are Suggested services and Company is no-where bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.
3. Mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification (e.g., Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card) at the time of check-in into
the hotel. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in into the hotel or wherever required.
4. As per the Government of India, rules all Foreign guests need to produce their Passport and Visa documents and Indian Guests Photo ID Proof
(Passport, driving license, PAN Card, Voter ID card) to the hotel at the time of check-in to avoid any inconvenience at the date of checkout.
5. The hotel reserves the right of admission / cancellation of booking if guests fails to provide suitable identification proof at the time of check-in.
Company will not be responsible for such aforesaid reasons.
6. Check in and checkout timing of the hotel will be according to the timing of the respective hotels policy. Early check-in or late check-out are on
request basis only and subject to room’s availability. Charges May Applicable for Early Check-in & Late Checkout, payable at Hotel directly.
7. In case of non-availability of hotels given in package, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standards /
category.
8. Maximum allowed occupancy in one room is 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 1 Child below 12 years
9. Meal Plan, if any, are specified in the voucher issued by Hotel and the same is applicable from the check in time of 12 noon, standard terms for a
plan. Meals will be served as per the hotel policy. Extra, if any, will be payable by guest directly.
10. The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed or as based on the hotel policy. In case of child, hotel /
package booked ‘without bed’ basis, and you decided to take extra bed, then you have to pay that cost directly to hotel.
11. High Season / Festivals/ Peak season surcharges are applicable.
12. The rescheduling of date/postponement shall be treated as cancellation and confirmation of new dates subject to availability and in case of change
of rates the difference shall be payable by the guest /tour operator.
13. The Applicable Tariff / Packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
14. Check out & Check in Timing as per hotels policy, if arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
15. All Taxes, extra as per Government notification.
16. Company will not responsible, nor liable for compensating any loss / damage / injury or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.
17. Any claim related to the package must be brought to the notice of the company within a week.
18. No show or Non Utilization of services, 100% of tour cost shall be charged.
19. Company reserves the right to change / modify / amend these ‘Terms and Conditions’ at any time without notice.
20. Cost, due to change in itinerary or stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond
control shall be payable by the guest or the tour operator directly to the hotel.
21. Airline seats confirmation are subject to availability at the time of booking and any increase in air fare or taxes has to be borne by the client itself.
22. For payments above INR 20,000, copy of Pan Card is required.
All the disputes are subject to Kullu Jurisdiction only.
